Pay: $25–$35 per Hour (Based on Experience)
Compensation is based on experience and technical expertise. Candidates with advanced knowledge of motorized shading systems, Lutron controls, low-voltage wiring, and smart-home integration may qualify for compensation at the upper end of the pay range and accelerated advancement opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience installing custom draperies, blinds, shades, shutters, and other window treatment products
  • Experience programming and troubleshooting motorized and automated shade systems
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work from ladders
