Primary Care Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient - Suffolk, VA Experienced FNP/AGNP Wanted - Make a Difference in Primary Care. Bon Secours Internists of Churchland is expanding our internal medicine team and we're looking for an experienced FNP or AGNP to join our busy, well-established practice. 100% outpatient primary care - no hospital responsibility. Daily patient load after ramp-up: 20-24 patients/day, with an emphasis on adult and geriatric care (60% of patients are 65+). EPIC EMR with MyChart for telehealth as appropriate, DAX/AI ambient charting is available Opportunity to independently manage your patient panel and make a real impact on population health outcomes.

What We're Looking For: Minimum 1 year of outpatient primary care experience working independently. Positive, collaborative mindset - a provider who fosters patient relationships and works well in a team.
