Job Summary
Luminary Hotel & Co. is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead property-level content creation and on-site marketing support. This role is responsible for crafting engaging organic content, including video, photography, and serving as the on-property source that fuels the corporate marketing team's social media, email, and campaign efforts to drive revenue through room bookings, dining, and events.
 
A significant part of this role includes leading concert marketing efforts for Caloosa Sound Amphitheater, overseeing the full lifecycle of concerts, from initial event creation and marketing execution to live event coverage and support.
 
The Marketing Manager will collaborate with the corporate marketing team in Tampa, third-party marketing partners, and on-property teams to ensure brand consistency, guest engagement, and operational excellence in alignment with Marriott Autograph Collection standards under the Mainsail Lodging & Development franchise.

Essential Functions
 
What You'll Do
Capture & Supply Content: Produce compelling on-site videos, photography, and copy, and serve as the corporate team's eyes and ears on property. Supply the real-time content, current details, and guest moments that fuel our social media presence, email newsletters, and marketing across all channels.
Own Event Accuracy: Be the source of truth for event details across both the hotel's dining and venue calendar and the amphitheater's concert lineup. Keep corporate equipped with correct specifics so every communication lands right.
Drive Marketing & Events: Collaborate with Sales, Events, and Food & Beverage teams to develop an engaging events calendar for both the hotel and amphitheater, implement high-impact marketing strategies, and work with partners to amplify our reach.
Engage & Elevate: Build relationships with corporate teams, third-party partners, and local influencers, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront while continuously supporting marketing efforts with data-driven insights.

Qualification Standards
 
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field OR a minimum of two years of hospitality marketing experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
Deep understanding of major social media platforms, content trends, and analytics.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in Food & Beverage marketing is a plus.
Strong knowledge of the Fort Myers market and ability to develop locally relevant marketing campaigns.
Photography and photo-editing experience preferred.

All associates must always realize this fact and be aware that it may be necessary to move associates from their accustomed shift as business demands.
