Lucchese focuses on getting the perfect fitting boot on every customer’s foot by offering the most unique in store experience. General Summary:

Factory Expeditor

Locate styles and boots throughout the factory.

Work closely with the Manager to provide updates.

Able to read and understand production tickets.

Familiarize with leathers, colors, styles, and designs in order to expedite pairs throughout the plant.

Ability to work and communicate with factory operators.

Customer Experience & Business Performance Focus:

Good communication skills with the Manager regarding issues with Quality.

Maintain data of all rejects.

Support Quality inspectors as necessary.

Read and understand production tickets.

Leadership Focus/Steward of the Brand:

Knowledge of the construction and anatomy of a Western boot.

Respect towards the company and its reputation as a top-quality brand.

Team player mentality and excellent work ethic.

Operational Excellence Focus:

Will provide training to ensure the continuation of Quality.

Understand the Lucchese customer and experience.

Use time effectively and understand priorities.

Skills & Abilities Required:

Desire to achieve goals and have passion for the brand.

Bilingual Preferable

Good Communication skills

Willing to learn and cross-train at other Quality Inspection Stations.

Must be able to stand and walk at least 8 hours a day, work 40 hours a week, and work overtime based on business needs.

The Shift starts at 6:00 AM.
