Join DB Automotive Enterprises LLC as a Quick Lube Manager in vibrant Las Vegas, NV! We are seeking a dynamic leader with over 3 years of experience to oversee our quick lube operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the quick lube department to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Supervise and train staff on best practices and customer service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas for safety and cleanliness.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
  • Prepare financial reports and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.
Requirements:
