Position Purpose:Location Lube Managers and Assistant Managers are responsible for the day to dayoperations of the Lube Centers at Jiffy Lube (JLl)/CMC and are directly responsible forattaining sales/profit goals and maintaining company values, policies and culture.Management is responsible for inventory management of lube supplies/tools,administrative, operational, cleaning supplies, equipment functionality and perfonnance.They are also responsible for maintaining the Jiffy Lube (JLI) Brand Image, CustomerService, Quality Standards of their location by hiring, training, and coaching a qualitystaff using their leadership and adherence to company principles, values and policies todeliver high quality with attention to detail in an acceptable time frame. The LubeManager/ Assistant positions will respond to guest influx and move employees torelieve congested areas as well as step in to assist in any position of the lube shop.This position can receive bonus for profitability based on the company bonusprogram. Non drivers will have a "red dot" on their name tag and are not authorized to drive/move a vehicle on the property at any time.
