The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing wireless network deployment, site construction, installation, commissioning, and integration activities involving Nokia equipment. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to customer quality standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage field activities for Nokia 4G/5G network deployments.
  • Supervise site construction, installation, commissioning, and integration teams.
  • Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and project managers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and customer standards.
  • Oversee Nokia cabinet installations, hardware upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • Review engineering drawings, scopes of work, and site documentation.
  • Monitor project schedules, quality metrics, and deliverables.
  • Conduct site audits and ensure timely closeout documentation.
  • Support issue resolution and escalation management.
Required Skills
  • Experience with Nokia RAN equipment (LTE/5G).
  • Knowledge of telecom site construction and wireless deployment.
  • Experience with commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting.
