Job description

LSS - Floor/ Warehouse Associate
Pay: $19.75/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Location: Greenwood, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a LSS - Floor/ Warehouse Associate for our TA Services, Inc. client to start 07/27/2026. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
  • Operate material handling equipment (pneumatic, mechanical, robotic) safely on warehouse and production floors
  • Unpack, repack, palletize, and stage materials following company procedures
  • Inspect items for defects or damages and verify labels, routing cards, and part numbers
  • Perform routine CILT (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate, Tighten) checks on equipment and workstations
  • Follow OSHA safety rules, use proper PPE, and maintain 5S and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in warehouse, production, or material handling preferred
  • Experience with forklift, crane, manipulator arm, or robotic equipment preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40-50+ pounds regularly
  • Strong attention to detail for matching part numbers and labels
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment
