Job description

Position Overview:
As a Performance Tech, you’ll work on cutting-edge projects ranging from LS and Coyote engine swaps to supercharger and turbo installations. You’ll be hands-on with custom fabrication, performance upgrades, and troubleshooting—helping customers bring their dream builds to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform engine swaps (LS, Coyote, Hemi, etc.) with precision and attention to detail
  • Install and set up forced induction systems (superchargers, turbos, nitrous)
  • Diagnose, repair, and upgrade high-performance drivetrains, fuel systems, and exhausts
  • Conduct performance modifications including suspension, brakes, and drivetrain upgrades
  • Work with wiring harnesses, ECU integration, and tuning prep (for remote dyno sublet)
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute custom builds
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance automotive work (engine swaps, forced induction, fabrication)
  • Strong knowledge of GM LS platforms, Ford Coyote, and other modern performance engines
  • Experience with custom wiring and ECU integration
  • Welding and fabrication skills are a plus
  • Ability to problem-solve and think outside the box for unique projects
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
