Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN) – 2nd Shift Location: Gallipolis, OH Schedule: 2nd Shift | 2: 30 PM – 11: 00 PM | Rotating Schedule Including Weekends Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN) to join our care team for the 2nd shift. As an LPN at Gallipolis Developmental Center, you will deliver essential nursing care and ensure a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for individuals with developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities: Provide skilled practical nursing care in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Sections 4723.01 to 4723.40 Perform clinical procedures: vital signs, wound care, oxygen administration, catheter insertion, suctioning, G- tube reinsertion, enemas, medication administration ( oral, rectal, topical, inhalation, subcutaneous, IM), enteral feedings, and specimen collection Document observations, interventions, and care accurately and completely Administer and track controlled and non- controlled medications Respond to medical emergencies, administer CPR, and utilize AED as necessary Communicate patient needs and status updates to Registered Nurse or Physician Maintain accurate and up- to- date medical records and logs ( e.
