Raleigh Medical Group, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our internal medicine team in Raleigh. Youโ€™ll work alongside experienced providers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on delivering high-quality, personalized care.


Responsibilities

โ€ข Room and prepare patients for exams; assist providers during visits and procedures
โ€ข Obtain and document patient histories, vitals, and clinical information in the EHR
โ€ข Administer medications and treatments as directed
โ€ข Triage patient calls and provide guidance following clinical protocols
โ€ข Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and patient procedures
โ€ข Manage prescription refills in accordance with provider direction and protocols
โ€ข Provide patient education and support wellness initiatives
โ€ข Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care
โ€ข Supervise and support medical assistants and other non-licensed staff as needed


Qualifications

Required:
โ€ข Current North Carolina LPN license
โ€ข Current BLS certification
โ€ข At least one year of recent medical office experience, including EHR use

Preferred:
โ€ข Experience in internal medicine or multi-specialty practice
