Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) job duties may include:

  • PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings 
  • Aide with daily activities
  • Pass medications, give treatments, provide wound care
  • Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
  • Check vitals
  • Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualifications:

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility
  • Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience highly preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age
