Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
  • Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive optimal care.

Shift Options for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

  • Day, Evening or Night shifts available.
  • Full-Time or Part- Time all shifts (7 a.m. – 3 p.m., 3 p.m. – 11 p.m., 11 p.m. – 7 a.m.), with every other weekend required.
  • Flexible 8-hour shifts for PRN status
