LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)

JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and support positive patient outcomes. This contract opportunity is ideal for nursing professionals committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare environment.

• Shift Time: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Meal Break: 30 Minutes
• Day Shift
• Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $33.48 - $39.06 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License
• Current state licensure in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or acute care experience preferred

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• State or federal ID required
• Photo badge must be worn at all times
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption required
• Additional vaccine doses must be obtained when required by law
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation
• Provide direct patient care while ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatments and care plans as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Support quality patient outcomes through effective communication and care coordination
