OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY
This individual will provide nursing care to patients and families as assigned and under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Possible loan repayment. In collaboration with the Registered Nurse, the Advanced Licensed Practical Nurse demonstrates consistent use of nursing process. Actively supports the Lincoln Community Health Center's mission of service, education and research.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to interpret physicians'/mid-level practitioners orders and to formulate nursing plans based on instructions, perform a variety of nursing functions, and communicate effectively with patients and staff. Completion of Licensed Practical Nurse curriculum at an accredited program with a formal pharmacology course required. Must be licensed to practice in the State of North Carolina. Bi-lingual applicants encouraged to apply.
