Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Float Pool team. This unique opportunity allows you to work at various Monarch communities throughout Minnesota while enjoying the flexibility to pick up shifts based on facility needs.

Position Summary
As a Float Pool LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents while working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will participate in the development and implementation of resident care plans, administer treatments, monitor resident conditions, and help ensure residents receive exceptional care that promotes dignity, comfort, and well-being.
Responsibilities include:
  • Providing direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living settings
  • Participating in the development and modification of resident care plans
  • Implementing nursing interventions as delegated, ordered, or prescribed by the RN or physician
  • Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders
  • Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the RN and healthcare team
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
  • Supporting resident rights, dignity, and independence
  • Delivering care in accordance with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies
  • Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care practices

  • Graduate of a nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
