This role provides the opportunity to work across multiple inpatient care areas, supporting a variety of patient populations while gaining broad clinical experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the Float Pool LPN delivers safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients across the lifespan. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) contributes to the nursing process by assisting with patient assessments, implementing care plans, administering treatments and medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes.
