Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care

Highlands RHC is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team. Graduate Practical Nurses (GPNs) and Compact License holders are welcome to apply.

What You Will Do (At a Glance)

 As an LPN at Highlands RHC, you will provide direct nursing care to residents under the guidance of an RN and physician. You will work closely with nursing assistants, communicate with families and providers, and help ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and well cared for.

This role includes medication administration, treatments, documentation, resident assessments, and charge nurse responsibilities when assigned.


What We Are Looking For

  • PA LPN license or GPN license (required)
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
  • BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
  • Dependable, collaborative nurses who care about their residents.
