Job Overview:

The TAMP Consultant operates within a consultative, team-based environment that is focused on adding value to financial advisors and their clients. As part of LPL Financial, the largest independent broker dealer in the U.S., you will make significant contributions to the firm and its clients. You will help advisors serve their clients by better leveraging the advisory products and platforms available at LPL Financial. You will serve as a critical partner for advisors, helping them grow their business while effectively and efficiently meeting the needs of their clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive greater adoption of LPL's Advisory platforms by coaching to the benefits of LPL's platform versus that of TAMP competitors
  • Partner directly with various LPL Client Success Managers (CSM) on aiding in setting up and executing a strategic business plan to capture TAMP assets
  • Assist in the mapping over of assets from TAMPs to LPL's platform
  • Partner with product sponsors to aid proposal generation and case consultations
  • Conduct 16-20 meetings per week

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry preferably as a wholesaler, advisor, or recruiter
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or both 63 and 65)
  • Financial Services experience

Core Competencies:

  • Communication skills including virtual and live presentation skills
  • Demonstrated sales success

Preferences:

  • CFP, CFA, CIMA, or CWS

Pay Range:

$103,515.00 - $172,525.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
