• Deliver individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, conducting thorough examinations and evaluations to establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-supported therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, groups, and couples, enhancing their coping strategies and emotional well-being.
• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, participating actively in case discussions and strategy development to optimize client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality while supporting effective treatment tracking.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, remaining abreast of current trends in mental health research to enhance service delivery.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population from Oxnard and surrounding areas, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance misuse, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in providing targeted therapies that promote recovery, resilience, and personal growth among individuals and families seeking assistance.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in clinical settings, demonstrating a solid grasp of therapeutic practices and client engagement.
• Strong grasp of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively establish rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, contributing to a holistic approach to client treatment.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and related technologies to manage client documentation efficiently.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred, enhancing the breadth of services we provide.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure.
