Highland Counseling PC is seeking a dedicated and licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) to join our vibrant team. • Maintain a manageable caseload, establishing strong rapport with clients while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss progress, stability, and address any upcoming appointments or discharge plans.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
• Document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates thoroughly and accurately.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and formulate appropriate treatment strategies.
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.
• Engage in individual supervision and professional consultations to foster ongoing growth and skill enhancement.
• Collaborate continually with other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Adopt a growth mindset, seeking out new knowledge and self-improvement opportunities to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, ages, and life experiences. • A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Colorado.
• At least one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation, demonstrating effective counseling skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets, RMS systems, email communication, and practice management software (such as Pimsy).

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.
• Comfort and proficiency in conducting intake assessments and managing clinical documentation.
