The Vibra Diagnostic and Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team. This full-time, remote position will require you to engage meaningfully with clients, assess their mental health needs, and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that foster their well-being and recovery. As an LPC, you will play a critical role in supporting clients on their journey through challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining focus on client care. Our clinicians typically work from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend shifts required. You'll be part of a collaborative team atmosphere even in a remote setting, leveraging online tools for communication and resource sharing.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Vibra Diagnostic and Counseling Center, you will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while adhering to ethical guidelines.
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate the needs and mental health status of new clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, adjusting as necessary based on their feedback and progress.
• Lead regular therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes to track client progress and prepare for periodic reviews.
• Participate in individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practices and receive support from peers and supervisors.
• Engage in collaborative care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client treatment.
• Stay informed on advancements in the field, incorporating fresh insights into therapeutic practices.

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including mood disorders, emotional challenges related to substance abuse, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders. You will foster a safe and welcoming environment for clients, offering a therapeutic space where they can explore their feelings and experiences candidly.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• An active, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting since obtaining your license.
• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and listening skills, which are essential for building client relationships and providing effective care.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health challenges.
• Knowledge and training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation purposes.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
