This role offers the flexibility of remote work while being part of a dynamic team located in Tucker, Georgia. • Provide personalized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client through thorough assessments and evaluations.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to deliver high-quality care.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and peer specialists, to ensure a well-rounded approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay current with mental health research and practices.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Your expertise will guide them through challenges, ultimately leading to improved mental wellness. By focusing on therapeutic modalities that resonate with each individual, you will help clients achieve their personal mental health goals.

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards as they pertain to counseling practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients from various backgrounds.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse will be highly regarded.
• Experience utilizing therapeutic techniques in a community health setting.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary between $70,000 and $110,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include a generous sign-on bonus, flexible work schedules, and opportunities for unlimited and uncapped earnings based on performance.
