Description
Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC)
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000/year based on 30 clinical sessions per week
Employment Type: Independent Contractor with full or part-time hours
Schedule: Office hours: Monday-Friday 8am-7pm; flexibility to schedule minumum of 20 hours of availability within those time frames; 1-2 days of evening hours needed
Location: This is a hybrid (greater than 50% in-person) role based out of Atlanta (Buckhead), GA
Role Summary
The hybrid Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
Licensed Therapist Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities
  • Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
  • Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation
  • Maintain an active caseload of mimimum of 15 client sessions per week
  • Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
  • Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies
Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 as an IC based on 30 clinical sessions per week
  • Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support
  • Flexible scheduling: Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-7pm; flexibility to schedule minumum of 20 hours of availability within those time frames; 1-2 days of evening hours needed; hybrid position with at least greater than 50% on-site required.

Requirements
Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GA
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
  • Ability to provide therapy independently
  • Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms
  • Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.
  • Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
