This full-time position offers a remote work setting, enabling you to deliver care to clients from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a balance between your professional and personal life. Compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, based on experience and caseload availability. We also provide a sign-on bonus to new hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs to develop personalized care plans.
  • Engage with clients through regular counseling sessions, both virtually and via scheduled home visits, to monitor progress and adapt treatment strategies.
  • Effectively communicate client progress and updates to supervisors, families, and other stakeholders involved in client care.
  • Attend and actively participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to collaborate on holistic client care approaches.
  • Document treatment progress with meticulous detail, including completing monthly and quarterly progress notes to ensure transparency and effective interventions.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions for staff members to enhance their competence in implementing therapeutic plans and compliance with documentation standards.
  • Act as a liaison to connect clients with community resources and support to further their development goals.
