Enhance Health Care Services Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a dedicated LPC-Mental Health Rehabilitation Staff to join our dynamic team in Gonzales, LA. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals struggling with mental health challenges while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide CPST (Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment) for adolescents and adults.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client assessments.
  • Conduct regular progress evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention and support for clients in distress.
  • Educate clients and families on mental health resources and coping strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  • Attend Weekly and Monthly Supervision Sessions with Clinical Director.
Requirements:
