Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Location: Louisiana
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000/year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Summary
This Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) role focuses on delivering structured teletherapy to adults and/or families throughout Louisiana. You'll support clients through clinical sessions, track outcomes against treatment goals, and connect people to higher levels of care when needed all from a remote setting.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct telehealth therapy sessions and ongoing clinical check-ins
  • Evaluate client needs, establish treatment goals, and monitor progress over time
  • Document sessions, treatment plans, and updates in the EHR
  • Coordinate referrals and community resources when clinically appropriate
  • Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and compliance standards
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams as needed for continuity of care

Requirements
  • Active LPC license in Louisiana (in good standing)
  • Master's degree in Counseling
  • 1+ year of post-licensure clinical experience (preferred)
