Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Remote Therapy Opportunity

Location and Role Details

Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

This is a client-facing remote therapy role for a LCSW who wants dependable full-time work and a clear clinical focus. You will provide virtual sessions, assess client needs, and help clients move through clinical social work, virtual therapy, behavioral health assessment, and client guidance with care, structure, and realistic goals.

This position is a strong fit for a clinician who understands how mental health, stress, systems, and practical barriers can affect a client's progress.

Responsibilities

        Hold scheduled telehealth sessions with clients and provide practical therapeutic guidance

        Consider psychosocial factors, support systems, stressors, and client strengths during care planning

        Assess client concerns and translate them into clear treatment priorities

        Maintain clinical notes that reflect interventions, progress, and next steps

        Support clients with skill-building, reflection, and behavior change strategies

        Protect client privacy and maintain a professional virtual care setting

Requirements

        Active Louisiana LCSW license in good standing

        Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensure

        Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role

        A warm, ethical, and organized approach to therapy in a virtual setting.
