Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish treatment goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique situation.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
  • Facilitate group counseling sessions and workshops for families, couples, and individuals, creating a safe and encouraging space for shared experiences.
  • Regularly monitor and adjust treatment interventions based on clients' progress and feedback, ensuring the most effective therapeutic approach.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Continually engage in professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about new trends and research in mental health.
