Solaris Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote position in Memphis, Tennessee. As part of the Solaris Counseling Services team, you will collaborate virtually with a multidisciplinary group of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and fellow counselors, ensuring comprehensive care for our clients. • Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
• Facilitate group counseling sessions and workshops for families, couples, and individuals, creating a safe and encouraging space for shared experiences.
• Regularly monitor and adjust treatment interventions based on clients' progress and feedback, ensuring the most effective therapeutic approach.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Continually engage in professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about new trends and research in mental health.

The LPC will work with a varied clientele, which includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing diverse mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your ability to understand and adapt therapeutic approaches based on individual and cultural factors will contribute significantly to the therapeutic process and positive client outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of three years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines in mental health practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build meaningful relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technologies to ensure efficient client record management.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment.
• Experience working with community health initiatives and outreach programs.

• The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, depending on experience and caseload availability.
