Blissful Balance Therapeutic Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) for full-time, remote positions. In this role, you will provide vital mental health support to students within school settings, addressing a variety of psychological challenges. Work EnvironmentThis is a fully remote position, allowing you to operate flexibly while working in alignment with school schedules. Your home office will serve as the primary location for delivering therapy, ensuring a balance between your professional responsibilities and personal life. While you will focus on individual and group therapy sessions, occasional in-person meetings may be required for team collaboration and training. Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate and understand the needs of your student clients, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each individual’s treatment plan.
- Create personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the unique needs of each student.
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups within schools to build community understanding around mental health topics.
- Partner with educators, school counselors, and other health professionals to coordinate a cohesive approach to student care.
- Provide immediate crisis intervention services, equipping students with coping strategies during mental health emergencies.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain meticulous and confidential documentation that complies with all legal and ethical standards.
- Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and outcomes, driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and contribute to a culture of learning within the practice.
You will primarily support school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related concerns. Your role will involve building trusting relationships with students from diverse backgrounds, ensuring they feel safe and valued while accessing mental health care.
Qualifications- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Nevada.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, with a proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored therapeutic interventions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong ethical judgment and the ability to maintain professional boundaries in a school setting.
- Proficiency in using EHR systems and digital communication tools to facilitate remote therapy sessions.
- A minimum of two years of direct practice in a mental health setting, preferably with school-aged populations.
- Experience implementing therapeutic interventions in remote or online formats.
The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 - 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
