As a Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will operate in the comfort of your own space while maintaining effective communication with your clients and colleagues. Our virtual operations utilize state-of-the-art technology platforms, including secure telehealth systems and electronic health records, to facilitate efficient practice management and client interaction. • Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and to determine appropriate discharge plans when needed.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with clients' individual goals and needs.
• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely in our electronic health record system.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to effectively understand client needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
• Participate in individual supervision sessions to gain insights and enhance clinical skills.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and support for clients.
• Adopt and maintain a growth mindset, seeking continuous improvement in clinical practice and personal development.

This role primarily serves a diverse outpatient population, including adults, children, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. You will provide essential psychotherapeutic services to individuals facing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Possession of an active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficient in using computer software and technology for clinical documentation, including electronic health records and communication platforms.
• Demonstrated experience conducting intake assessments and providing direct psychotherapy services.

• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding their unique mental health needs.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital tools that facilitate virtual therapy.
• Skills in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs.
