• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for clients, tailoring your approach to address a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders.
• Execute comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and aspirations.
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling, equipping clients and their families with practical coping strategies and psychoeducation.
• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate care that is holistic and comprehensive.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records in a timely manner, adhering to both legal and ethical guidelines.
• Stay updated on current research and best practices in mental health by participating in ongoing professional development activities, including webinars and workshops.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• A current and active LPC license issued by the state board, allowing independent practice.

• The ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Previous experience providing counseling services in a telehealth setting is preferred but not mandatory.
