• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities in sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, contributing to a shared understanding of client treatment plans and progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records while adhering to ethical and legal standards in psychological practices.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse client population effectively.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and related telehealth technologies to streamline workflows and documentation.
