We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team at Well Path Counseling & Psychotherapy Center. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized therapy using evidence-based strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to guide treatment planning.
  • Deliver various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Well Path, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Our focus is on providing support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties. Your role will be critical in fostering positive outcomes and improving the quality of life for clients, ensuring they receive the utmost care and support throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
  • A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, with a preference for those with clinical backgrounds.
  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health care.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans based on individual client needs.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling.

Compensation and Benefits
