• Provide individualized therapy using evidence-based strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to guide treatment planning.
• Deliver various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular workshops and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest research and practices in mental health.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Well Path, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Our focus is on providing support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties. Your role will be critical in fostering positive outcomes and improving the quality of life for clients, ensuring they receive the utmost care and support throughout their therapeutic journey.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, with a preference for those with clinical backgrounds.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health care.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling.
• Acquaintance with community resources and referral systems relevant for client care.
• Experience with advanced therapeutic practices and modalities that enhance therapeutic outcomes.

We value our team members and offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, along with a performance-based bonus structure.
