This position operates in a remote work setting, leveraging telehealth technology to deliver counseling services. • Conduct thorough virtual assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, establishing a trusting rapport and understanding their unique needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally sensitive, ensuring they align with clients' goals.
• Provide ongoing telehealth counseling sessions, utilizing active listening, empathy, and therapeutic techniques tailored to diverse populations.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring the confidentiality of client information.
• Engage in regular collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to enhance the continuum of care for clients.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, such as training workshops and peer supervision, to further enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.

The clients you will serve at Guided Reflections Counseling Center encompass a wide spectrum of backgrounds and challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to connect with diverse populations and provide culturally informed care is crucial. You will work with clients from various demographics, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their unique cultural contexts.

• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted state license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic frameworks.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and technologies for effective remote service delivery.

• Experience in providing telehealth services, particularly in a remote counseling role, is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of client populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a track record of problem-solving in complex situations.

Guided Reflections Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications.
