• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the specific needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gather crucial information, which will guide your therapeutic approach and measure client progress.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings and challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment effectiveness.
• Engage in professional development opportunities, including workshops and training programs, to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices and research.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within our organization to coordinate care and share insights that enhance client treatment outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia is essential.
• At least two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting is required, demonstrating a robust understanding of therapeutic practices.
• A strong grasp of legal and ethical standards governing clinical practice, ensuring compliance in all aspects of care.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a diverse client base.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and telehealth technologies is essential for efficient documentation and client management.

• Experience in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly favored.
• A demonstrated ability to work cohesively within a healthcare team to promote collaborative client care.
