• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that align with each client's specific goals and circumstances.

• Provide one-on-one counseling, couples therapy, and group therapy sessions, applying appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to various psychological disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction.

• Collaborate with other professionals and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support throughout their treatment.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring their privacy and security.

• Participate in regular supervision, case consultations, and continuous professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

• Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

The salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $80,000 annually, complemented by attractive bonuses and performance incentives.
