• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Implement various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Provide individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques to best suit the specific dynamics and challenges of each group.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care, exchanging insights that enhance treatment efficacy.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring transparency and consistency in care delivery.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of the latest mental health research, methods, and ethical guidelines.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
