We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team at We Care Youth and Family Counseling Center. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, identifying problems and tailoring therapeutic approaches accordingly.
  • Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans based on individual client goals, incorporating various therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness.
  • Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, as well as group sessions, utilizing advanced therapeutic interventions to facilitate client growth and recovery.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working closely with peers, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive treatment of clients with multiple needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Participate in continuous professional development, including clinical supervision, case consultations, and training workshops to enhance your skills and stay current in the mental health field.
