Ser Mejor Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee. This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility that supports a healthy work-life balance. You will join a team of multi-disciplinary professionals working in both telehealth and in-person settings, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive and effective care. Our outpatient office in Franklin serves as a collaborative hub where counselors can share insights, resources, and best practices to enhance patient experiences.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other specialists, to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of client wellness.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops and training, to stay current with advancements in mental health practices and research.

As an LPC at Ser Mejor Counseling Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, providing a solid foundation for delivering quality patient care.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines governing the practice of counseling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.

• Specializations in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment are highly desirable and will enhance your effectiveness in the role.
• Experience working in outpatient settings or telehealth environments will be considered an asset.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a competitive bonus structure.
