• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized therapeutic plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing diverse techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused approaches, and psychodynamic methods.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in documentation.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay current with emerging trends and research in mental health.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive and coordinated care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.

As an LPC at Ser Mejor Counseling Services, you will work with a varied client population that may include individuals managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your ability to connect and establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds will be essential in fostering trust and facilitating therapeutic progress. We prioritize a client-centered approach, ensuring that each session is tailored to support the individual journey of our clients toward improved mental health.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a clinical context.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in the field of counseling.

• Experience and specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse, or trauma-informed care are highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to employ various therapeutic modalities effectively and to utilize assessment tools to evaluate client progress.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with a wide range of clientele.

Ser Mejor Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, along with additional performance-based bonuses.
