Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in active collaboration with child psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated treatment plans that address the mental health needs of our young patients.

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to diagnose conditions and determine optimal treatment strategies tailored to each child.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents who display various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral problems. You will work with diverse families, providing culturally competent and individualized therapy that recognizes each child's unique experiences, strengths, and challenges.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT is mandatory; applicants with associates licenses are unfortunately ineligible at this time.
  • Strong knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with children and families.
  • Competence in electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate documentation and data management.
  • Ability to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment while also functioning independently.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering therapy to children and adolescents, particularly in outpatient settings.
