Griffin and Associates Psychotherapy, Consultation Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. This full-time role allows for a flexible remote work setting while primarily serving an outpatient population. This remote position allows our counselors the flexibility to manage their schedules while ensuring optimal patient care. Supported by a dedicated administrative team, our LPCs will have access to necessary resources and tools to effectively manage their caseloads and client documentation. • Manage a caseload of diverse clients, working to establish rapport and maintain professional boundaries while providing empathetic care.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients, assessing their progress, stability, and readiness for potential discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Perform detailed intake assessments, ensuring accurate documentation and progress notes for each client, leveraging our RMS systems for efficient record-keeping.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to discuss cases, receive feedback, and enhance therapeutic skills.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care strategies for clients.
• Cultivate a growth mindset, seeking continual improvement and embracing feedback to refine counseling approaches.

Our practice serves a wide-ranging outpatient clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. As an LPC with Griffin and Associates, you will have the unique opportunity to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet their individual needs and contributing to their mental wellness journey.

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Active, unrestricted LPC license in the state of California.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Fluency in using clinical software tools, such as Excel, RMS systems, and email platforms.

We will prioritize candidates with:

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families of varying backgrounds and complexities.
• A proven track record in conducting intake assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually based on experience and caseload. Our fee-for-service model allows for guaranteed rates, ensuring you are compensated ahead of collections, eliminating long waits for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
