This remote position allows our counselors the flexibility to manage their schedules while ensuring optimal patient care. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of diverse clients, working to establish rapport and maintain professional boundaries while providing empathetic care.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients, assessing their progress, stability, and readiness for potential discharge when appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Perform detailed intake assessments, ensuring accurate documentation and progress notes for each client, leveraging our RMS systems for efficient record-keeping.
  • Engage in individual supervision sessions to discuss cases, receive feedback, and enhance therapeutic skills.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care strategies for clients.
  • Cultivate a growth mindset, seeking continual improvement and embracing feedback to refine counseling approaches.
Patient Population / Client Focus
