We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate clinical therapists to join our Functional Family Therapy team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. Build Your Purpose.Position Description:
  • Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
  • Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.
  • Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability.
  • Be an integral part of a team-orientated environment.
  • Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.
