In this full-time outpatient role, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality telehealth counseling services to a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide counseling services from the comfort of your own home or any location of your choice. • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering a positive and trusting therapeutic relationship in each interaction.
• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, address concerns, and plan for transitions such as discharge or referral to additional services.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are person-centered, ensuring the strategies and goals align with the client’s needs and preferences.
• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate progress notes and treatment updates in compliance with state regulations.
• Perform detailed intake assessments to gather comprehensive information on clients' backgrounds, needs, and mental health history.

Your role as an LPC will involve engaging with a wide array of patients facing various mental health challenges. From children navigating emotional difficulties to adults dealing with anxiety, depression, or trauma, your approaches will be tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. The outpatient setting emphasizes the importance of continuity of care, allowing you to build lasting, impactful relationships with clients over time.

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets, email systems, and client management platforms such as PIMSY.

• Experience using telehealth technology in clinical practice.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary team settings to enhance treatment approaches.
• Specialized training or certification in areas relevant to outpatient mental health practices.

Our LPCs enjoy a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
