Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create personalized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to individuals, families, and groups.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and data protection.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with advancements in mental health research.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications
