Job Summary and Qualifications
  • As an Intake Assessment Coordinator, you will, in conjunction with the Program Director, coordinate the pre-admission assessment process and provides clinical assessments for potential patients. 
  • You will also assist with community education with clinical issues and participates with community events such as health fairs
  • You will complete assessments in a timely manner, demonstrate a thorough knowledge of work practices, ensure patient rights and confidentiality, and provide on and off site clinical assessments for potential patients to the program
What qualifications you will need:
  • RN Diploma, or Associates degree in nursing or in a related mental health field
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a behavioral healthcare setting performing clinical assessments or in a clinical treatment setting preferred
  • Active License as a Registered Nurse in Nevada or as an LCSW or a LFT or a LPC or a Mental Health Counselor Intern or a LMSW or a Clinical Social Worker
  • BCLS certification required 
  • CPI certification within 30 days of hire
