Job Overview
The Manager, Loyalty & Personalized Offers supports the execution of Macy's external loyalty partnership strategy and manages internal stakeholder relationships to drive member engagement through targeted lifecycle offers. This role requires expertise in campaign management, omnichannel marketing, and partnership development and is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a high-performance, results-driven retail environment. The Manager collaborates closely with internal and external marketing partners to develop and execute strategies that enhance loyalty program value, strengthen customer engagement, and support business objectives.
What You Will Do
  • Partner with the Sr. Manager, Loyalty Offers to shape Macy's loyalty partnership strategy, including program objectives, go-to-market plans, and the technology and communication roadmap.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of key loyalty partnerships by identifying opportunities that enhance customer value, optimizing partnership assets, executing activation plans, and managing day-to-day partner relationships.
  • Develop and launch strategic loyalty offers in collaboration with Marketing Effectiveness, Analytics, and Merchandise Marketing partners.
  • Design and execute test-and-learn strategies to drive innovation, evaluate performance against key loyalty KPIs, increase customer lifetime value, and optimize offer timing and cadence.
  • Influence cross-functional partners to develop and expand credit and loyalty promotions and programs while ensuring strategic alignment, mutual business value, brand compliance, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage and enhance the omnichannel customer experience related to loyalty partnerships and offers, including the supporting roadmap.
  • Analyze partnership and offer performance and communicate results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitive loyalty programs and market activity to inform strategy and ensure an effective competitive response.
  • Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
  • In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.

Data Analysis & Performance Measurement: Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness, interpret performance data, and deliver actionable insights.

Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate strategies, results, and recommendations.
Customer-Centric Marketing: Strong understanding of personalization, customer experience, and omnichannel engagement strategies that strengthen loyalty and brand affinity.
Who You Are
  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. 3-5 years of related experience.
