Summary
The Manager, Loyalty is responsible for the day-to-day management, execution, and optimization of Allegiant's Allways Rewards loyalty program. This role plays a critical part in delivering the program roadmap, enhancing the member experience, and driving engagement and revenue through innovative loyalty initiatives.

Working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Digital, Technology, Finance, Customer Experience, and external partners, the Manager will lead key initiatives, monitor program performance, and help execute Allegiant's long-term vision for transforming Allways Rewards into a leading travel loyalty program.

This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, customer-focused leader who enjoys building programs, solving complex business problems, and creating exceptional member experiences.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education:  Bachelor’s Degree
Education Details:  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.

Years of Experience:  Minimum five (5) or more years of progressive experience in loyalty, customer engagement, product management, CRM, marketing, or related fields.

•    Experience managing cross-functional projects from concept through execution. 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer insights into business recommendations. 
•    Experience working with external vendors or strategic partners. 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
•    Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions. 

Preferred Requirements
•    Experience with airline, travel, hospitality, retail, financial services, or subscription loyalty programs. 
•    Familiarity with co-brand credit card programs or partnership marketing.
•    Experience working with customer analytics, loyalty platforms, or CRM systems.
•    Experience leading small teams or mentoring others.
•    Will lead a team of 3 analyst to be hired.

Job Duties
•    Manage the day-to-day operation and performance of the Allways Rewards loyalty program. 
•    Execute strategic initiatives that improve member acquisition, engagement, retention, and profitability. 
•    Partner with Product, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Finance to successfully deliver loyalty enhancements. 
•    Develop business requirements and support the implementation of new loyalty capabilities and member benefits. 
•    Monitor program performance through customer and financial analytics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth. 
•    Support the development and launch of new loyalty partnerships that enhance member value and drive incremental revenue. 
•    Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and loyalty partners. 
•    Prepare business cases, performance updates, and executive-level presentations. 
•    Ensure operational excellence by identifying process improvements and helping resolve customer and system issues impacting the loyalty experience. 
•    Stay informed on industry trends and competitive loyalty programs, bringing forward recommendations that strengthen Allegiant's competitive position. 
•    Foster strong cross-functional relationships and serve as a subject matter expert on loyalty across the organization. 
•    Other duties as assigned.

Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
