Lowe’s is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Supply Chain Control Tower to lead enterprise-wide planning alignment and execution readiness across one of the largest retail supply chains in North America.

This role is responsible for translating business and financial objectives into integrated, actionable supply chain plans while balancing service, inventory investment, and operational efficiency. The Director will lead S&OP governance and Control Tower capabilities that enable visibility, decision-making, and performance across inventory, distribution, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise S&OP and Supply Chain Control Tower processes across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual planning horizons.
  • Align demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial plans to support business growth, seasonal execution, and Tier 1 events.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Finance, Technology, and Operations leaders to drive integrated decision-making.
  • Define and deliver Control Tower capabilities that provide end-to-end visibility, exception management, and actionable insights.
  • Ensure alignment between mid- to long-term planning (S&OP) and short-term execution (S&OE).
  • Establish governance, KPIs, and performance management routines to track plan effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on integrated planning and execution alignment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP / IBP, or related leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong expertise in S&OP, S&OE, and enterprise planning governance.
  • Experience with planning and analytics platforms such as SAP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, and Power BI.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
