Bring your energy to Aggreko as Technician 2 Power based in Reno, Nevada.
You'll work as a team and independently in shops and at customer sites to service, repair, commission, and operate Aggreko products.
This role will be supporting natural gas solutions at the South Valley data center customer site.
Must be a certified Jenbacher gas technician- FTA/FTB/CE1/CE2
Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end.

What you'll do as a Technician 2 Power:
Perform preventive maintenance and execute moderate repairs of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and/or oil free air compressors
Troubleshoot extensive equipment failures at the shop or on customer locations, test and handle the repairs on your own or with another technician(s)
Complete necessary paperwork timely and accurately which may include data entry and general use of relevant computer systems and software as directed.
Lead moderate job site setups and mentor lower-level Technicians
Maintain thorough knowledge of, actively practice, and promote safe working conditions in accordance with OSHA, EPA and other required regulations dealing with safe operation of all equipment.

Here's what you'll get:
Certified Jenbacher gas techs - FTA / FTB / CE1 / CE2
Technical aptitude: knowledge in generators, industrial HVAC equipment, air compressors, electrical distribution, power generation, load banks, and/or BESS products.
Mechanically inclined: familiar with hand tool operation and have automotive lube and oil change as well as troubleshooting and testing experience.
Ability to do both physical work as well as think through and resolve technical problems; willing to get hands dirty, sweat, and interact with internal and external customers to deliver solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
Hold a valid driver's license and obtain & maintain necessary certifications required to operate any equipment as dictated by federal, state and/or local ordinances.
Be a well-rounded tech in multiple products; multi-skilled.
Must have High School Diploma/GED
