We have successfully served clients for over 20 years with 6 locations across the Southeast with locations in Atlanta, GA - Birmingham, AL - Charleston, SC - Destin, FL, Nashville, TN and Tampa, FL.
TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION
Innovative technicians are responsible for running cables, installing and programming devices such as motorized shades and draperies, lighting fixtures and panels as well as exterior lighting and shades products. The technician position is hands-on and will involve installing state-of-the-art systems in private residences and commercial spaces. We work on high-profile projects that require exceptional service and excellent attention to detail.
Technician Expectations :
  • Perform a variety of installations in these categories: motorized shades and draperies, lighting fixtures and panels as well as exterior lighting and shades products
  • Familiar with pre-wire environments and new construction homes and safety protocols and best practices.
  • Read blueprints and wire a house or commercial property accordingly.
  • Experience with low voltage wiring, trim and final install processes.
  • Networking background to include wiring, installation, and programming of wireless access points, routers, and switches a plus
  • Experience with Audio/Video installs shade solutions, CCTV IP camera wiring, and installation a plus.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving issues with programming, installation, or maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as you safely load, transport, and deliver items to customers' homes.
