Cyber Capability Developer
Clearance - Secret clearance (Can upgrade clearance to TS/SCI)
Location: Charleston, SC
100% ONSITE
Mon-Fri Days We are seeking a Cyber Capability Developer to support the research, development, and deployment of advanced cyber capabilities for national security missions. The ideal candidate has experience with reverse engineering, vulnerability research, exploit development, and low-level software engineering. Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in reverse engineering, vulnerability research, exploit development, or cyber capability development
- Active Secret clearance required (ability to obtain TS/SCI) Responsibilities
- Perform reverse engineering, malware analysis, and vulnerability research on software, firmware, and operating systems
- Develop and maintain custom cyber capabilities using C, C++, Python, Rust, Go, or similar languages
- Analyze network protocols, embedded systems, and operating system internals
- Conduct technical assessments, testing, validation, and deployment of cyber tools
- Produce technical documentation and collaborate with cyber operators, engineers, and mission teams
- Mentor junior developers and support secure software development practices Technical Experience
- Reverse engineering tools: Ghidra (preferred), IDA Pro, Binary Ninja, Radare2
- Debugging tools: WinDbg, x64dbg, GDB, LLDB
- Programming: x86/x64 Assembly, ARM Assembly, C/C++, Python
- Windows, Linux, Android, embedded systems, and networking
- Vulnerability research, exploit development, and malware analysis Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Cyber Command, Intelligence Community, Red Team, or cyber research programs
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, secure coding, and offensive cyber operations
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
