Family Medicine Physician Opportunity

Primary Care group seeking a Family Medicine physician to join their outpatient clinic in Seaford, Delaware! (50mins from Dover and 1.5h from Washington, DC)

Provider's Role with the Company: Family Medicine Physician

  • Location: Seaford, DE (50mins from Dover)
  • Outpatient primary care in the clinic setting
  • Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. 100% outpatient.
  • Call: 1 in 6 weekend call. Video or Phone call only.
  • Estimated Patient Volume: 25 per day
  • Patient Age: 18+
  • EMR: Cerner
  • PA and NP support staff
  • Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care.
  • Serve as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team.
  • Provide high-value care; demonstrate good stewardship of resources and consider risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic intervention decisions.
  • Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail.
